Refund, Postponement, and Transfer Policy
Refund Policy:
- Before 60 days: Full refund.
- 60-30 days: 30% refund.
- Within 30 days: No refund.
- Virtual participation: Non-refundable.
- No refund if the invitation letter is issued.
- Fees can be credited for another event within one year.
- No refunds for visa denial, travel issues, or format changes.
Cancellation Policy:
- If the organizer cancels, 100% fee credit for another event within one year.
Postponement Policy:
- If postponed and unable to attend, 100% fee credit for another event within one year.
Transfer Policy:
- Fully paid registrations are transferable within the same organization.
- Transfer requests must be emailed to mcopconf25@gmail.com.
- No transfers within 14 days of the event.
- Transferred registrations are non-refundable.
Visa Information:
- Attendees are responsible for their own visa and travel arrangements.
- No refunds for failed visa applications.

Refund, Postponement, and Transfer of Registration Policy
Refund Policy:
If the registrant is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation to another person or event, the following refund policy applies, considering advance payments for venue, printing, shipping, hotels, and other overheads:
- Cancellations made before 60 days of the conference are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 60-30 days of the conference are eligible for a 30% refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference are not eligible for a refund.
- Virtual Participation registrations are non-refundable.
Additional Refund Conditions
- The refund policy applies only if the registrant has not received the official invitation letter. If the invitation letter has been issued but the registrant cannot attend, no refund will be provided.
- If the registrant cannot attend for personal reasons, the registration fee is not refundable. However, the fee will be considered as a credit to participate in any of our international conferences within one year from the date of registration.
- If attendance is prevented due to visa denial, travel issues, or natural calamities, the registration fee will not be refunded but will be considered as credit for any of our international conferences within one year.
- Since this is a hybrid conference, the organizer reserves the right to conduct it in any format (physical or virtual). Refunds will not be provided for format changes.
Cancellation Policy
If the organizer cancels the event for any reason, 100% of the registration fee will be credited to the registrant. This credit can be used for another event within one year from the date of cancellation.
Postponement of Event
If the event is postponed and the registrant is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled dates, they will receive 100% credit of the registration fee. This credit must be used for another event within one year from the date of postponement.
Transfer of Registration
- All fully paid registrations are transferable to another person from the same organization if the original registrant is unable to attend.
- Transfers must be requested in writing to mcopconf25@gmail.com and must include the full details of the replacement (name, title, phone number, email).
- Registration can be transferred to another conference by the same organizer if the registrant is unable to attend the originally registered conference.
- Transfers are not allowed within 14 days of the conference.
- Transferred registrations are not eligible for refunds.
Visa Information
- The organizer will not directly contact embassies or consulates regarding visa applications.
- Delegates and invitees are responsible for their own visa and travel arrangements.
- Visa denials do not fall under the cancellation policy, and refunds will not be provided for failed visa applications.
